Katie Maryon

Katie Maryon is a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer and holds a diploma in Fitness Leadership from Hilltop Academy. Katie has been weight training for over 5 years as well as doing Crossfit for the last two years. She loves the concept of functional fitness with programs that work the full body hitting each muscle group. Before Katie entered the world of fitness, she was an Early Childhood Educator for three years so also has much experience with kids!
